Notification Required: Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule an appointment are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice before the appointment.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service’s cost. This fee covers the time reserved specifically for you and ensures our service providers are fairly compensated for their availability.
No-Shows: Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service’s cost.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving late for their appointments may have reduced service time or be asked to reschedule to ensure that the next client’s appointment isn’t delayed. Depending on the delay’s length, a full-service charge may still apply.
Booking Appointments: An active credit or debit card is required to schedule an appointment. The card will not be charged when booking but will be utilized to enforce the cancellation policy.
Reminder Notifications: As a courtesy, Beautiful Aesthetics will send appointment reminders via email or SMS. However, it remains the client’s responsibility to remember their appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and any applicable cancellation fees.
Medical Emergencies and Illness: We understand life’s unpredictability. If you cannot attend an appointment due to a medical emergency or illness, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment without any penalties. Proof of emergency or illness might be requested.
Modification of Policy: Beautiful Aesthetics reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at its discretion and without prior notice.
