How does the Beauty Bank work?
Your $199 membership fee goes into your Beauty Bank every month. Spend it on any treatment or product, and earn 10% back in Beauty Bucks on every purchase, Tox included.
What if I don't make it in one month?
Your banked dollars roll over. Miss a month and you don't lose a thing. It's waiting for you when you're ready.
Is there a contract or minimum?
No. This is a flexible membership with no minimum commitment and no notice needed to cancel.
How do I cancel, or take a break?
Just let us know, anytime. There's no notice period. There's no need to pause, either: cancel whenever you like, and your bank stays yours.
What happens to my Beauty Bank if I cancel?
The money you've banked is still yours. Cancelling stops the monthly charge. It doesn't take back what you've already put in.
What if I need to cancel an appointment?
Members follow our regular cancellation policy. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a fee of 50% of the service cost, and a no-show is charged 100%. If you're sick or have an emergency, call us and we'll do our best to reschedule without a penalty.
I'm already a member. Does anything change with GlowScript?
Booking and memberships now run through GlowScript. If you have any questions about your account, call or text us and we'll walk you through it.
Do I need a consult first?
It's where I recommend starting. We'll look at what you're already doing, what you want next, and whether membership makes the math and the results cleaner. Consults are $100, applied to your first service when you move forward.
